Carolyn Beard is a Master of Divinity candidate at Harvard Divinity School, where she specializes in post-Holocaust theology and theodicy, or the problem of evil. She lives with her fiancé Michael and their two cats, Maui and Potato, in Cambridge, MA. She’s never eaten a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
